SHIPMENTS

All products dispatched will undergo thorough inspection, counting, and meticulous packaging. Any expenses incurred due to special packing or handling as a result of buyer’s specific requirements or requests will be added to the order amount. Claims for shortages will only be considered valid if submitted in writing within five (5) days from the date of receiving the shipment. In cases of products being damaged or lost during transit, claims should be directed to the carrier, as seller’s responsibility ends and title transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
